Preparing for Your Visit

Here is what you need to know before your first appointment.

Vaccination Records

Please bring proof of:
• Rabies
• DHLPP
•Bordetella
• Parvovirus
• Negative fecal test
• Flea/tick preventative
• Heartworm preventative

If a fecal test has not been completed, one can be performed during evaluation ($63.85).

Food & Medications

Owner-provided food (preferred) — pre-portioned for the stay

House food — $10/day per pet

Custom purchase — reimbursed + mileage

All medications should be clearly labeled with dosage instructions.

What to Expect

Your Resort Readiness Evaluation is a calm, guided introduction. Kristie will walk you through the facility, explain our enrichment approach, and spend time getting to know your dog.

Plan for approximately 30–60 minutes for the visit.
